Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh Cook (born on the 4th of October, 1979) is an American model and actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice, as well as Robot Chicken's and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series began with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both a stand-up comedian and social worker. Cook is part Italian. Cook appeared in her first public service announcement on foster care when she was seven years old. Cook started working as a child-print model at 10 years old. She was featured in the national ads for Target. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also went to Minneapolis South High School.
