  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30 1991, is more commonly popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott), the American musician, rapper and songwriter. The stage name he uses is a tribute to the name of a favorite uncle combined with the first name of one of his heroes, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing agreement with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. The record was released under the Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released on self-release. In 2013 Scott released his first full-length mixtape, Owl Pharaoh. The album was immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. The debut album of his studio, Rodeo (2015), was accompanied by the smash track "Antidote". His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) reached number one on the Billboard 200. Scott's second album, Birds in the Trap: Sing McKnight (2016) was a collaboration with Quavo. It was titled Huncho Jack Huncho and included his debut Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debut on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Scott's track "Franchise", featuring Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, debuted. Scott was the first artist on The Hot 100 to have three songs hit the top spot within a year.
